We aim to connect all our customers to a relevant and qualified doctor within 72 hours of receiving payment. If, for any reason, this is not made possible, a full refund will be made to the customer, unless expressly directed by the customer not to do so.

The refund process may take up to 14 working days depending on the mode of transfer.
