These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ReMedi Health Limited Limited (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://remedi.health website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Site infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us at [email protected].
ReMedi Health Limited is an online platform that connects Doctors with the Patients; and that the platform may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this T&C.
The platform is not to be used for medical emergencies; and reliance on any information provided including the credentials of the Doctors on the platform is solely at your own risk.
The Doctors are solely responsible and liable for all prescriptions issued including the accuracy of information provided through the platform following a consultation.
The platform is not accountable, responsible or does not provide any protection for any user interaction(s) that takes place beyond the platform.
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold the platform or any person associated with the platform including its respective affiliates, service providers, owners, partners, directors, officers, agents and employees (collectively as “Indemnified Parties”) free and harmless from and against any claims, liens, demands, causes of actionand all losses to the extent arising from or in connection with any or all of: (a) your breach or violation of any of these T&C; (b) any intellectual property rights infringement including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks or any other rights; loss, damages, expenses, fines, fees or liability brought or instituted by a third party against the PLATFORM which is caused or contributed to by you through your use of the PLATFORM or the negligence or wilful misconduct of yourself; (c) any violation or alleged violation of any law, including breach of Digital Security Act, 2018; (d) your violation of the rights of any third party, including third party partners.
The platform or any person associated with the platform, is not liable for any personal injury, including death, attributable to or caused by your use or misuse of the platform, to the fullest extent permissible by law.
This T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all disputes or matters arising hereunder, and the parties irrevocably submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh, for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
